Services were held on Yom Hashoah at Bournemouth Hebrew Congregation and Bournemouth Reform Synagogue. At the Orthodox shul, Rabbi Adrian Jesner conducted the service and among those lighting candles were two survivors. At the Reform synagogue, the service was taken by Rabbi Neil Amswych, Walter Kammerling sang songs in Yiddish and candles were lit by survivors and youth madrichim.
