Wolfson Hillel Primary School were crowned National Champions at the 2025 Premier League Primary Stars U11 Tournament, held at Wolverhampton Wanderers' Molineux stadium.
Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Molineux Stadium hosted the event, which saw 20 primary schools – each representing a Premier League club – compete for the right to become national champions. Wolfson Hillel’s journey in the competition began with victory in the Enfield Borough competition, a triumph that saw the side, who are coached by Adam Warner and Rob Glass, earn a place in the next round against schools from Haringey. Then, competing at Tottenham Hotspur’s ground, they defeated Raglan Primary School to earn the right to represent Spurs in the national finals. This latest win means they are now double national champions, having won the ESFA Pokémon Primary Schools’ Cup Final at Stoke City’s Bet365 Stadium last month. Cooper Glass, the team’s top scorer in the tournament, said: “I want to say a huge thank you to my coaches who have helped me enhance my footballing ability, a thank you to the parents, who are the best fans ever – they are always cheering us on even when we feel down – and finally to my teammates, who are my best friends.” Captain Max Reynolds said: “The team worked so hard to get to the final and to win is proof of the hard work. We’re all so proud of the achievement and I want to thank the coaches who have supported us all.”
