OAKHILL Lions manager Daniel Rabinowitz has announced he will stand down as manager of the MJSL champions.

Rabinowitz will leave his post at the end of the season after citing work commitments.

Having taking charge last summer, Rabinowitz began a recruitment drive at the student side.

It culminated with them taking the title home last week.

Rabinowitz said: “It’s time for someone else to step into the breach. It’s been a fantastic season and I’ve enjoyed the job.

“But work commitments has meant it’s tough to juggle all the jobs required. We need someone to be focused on retaining our crown next season.”
