Good to see that Stewart Permutt’s new play has enticed Miriam Karlin to the boards. In Many Roads To Paradise, which opens at the Finborough Theatre in London next week, the veteran actress plays an elderly resident in a Jewish care home who shares make-up and millinery tips with her Muslim nurse.
