Now based in London, the 30-year-old is a director of newly-launched BRUIN Financial, an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in financial services. It is tipped to become a global market leader. Mr Berke said: “There will always be a need for real talent within financial services and as the market improves so does the demand for quality staff. Although hiring activity is not back to where it was in 2006/2007 it is certainly on the up across the City.” The launch attracted top clients from the finance world.
