Roger Bruck, 73, porved age need not be a barrier to athletic performance.
Bruck won both the high jump and long jump 70-plus age group events at the Southern Counties Veterans Indoor Championships at Lee Valley.
Bruck’s marks were 1.25 metres and 3.58 metresrespectively, his high jump setting a Championship best.
