Jamie Harris described Haroldeans’ triumph at Manchester Maccabi Blueas as a job well done.

The Merseysiders cruised home against the rock-bottom hosts thanks to second-half goals from Adam Shiffman, Adam Boyars and Jonny Harris.

Only the heroics of home goalkeeper Daniel Herman kept the scoreline down.

Haroldeans player-manager Jamie Harris said: “It was a scrappy first-half but once we got our noses in front it was comfortable.

"Their goalkeeper had a blinder. It could have been double figures without him. He made some great saves so credit to him for that."

Elsewhere, winless Maccabi Manchester Yellow had to settle for a 2-2 draw against South Manchester.

Max Herman and Mike Herz netted for mid-table South Manchester.
