Heaton Park Rovers’ prolific pair of Harry Roache and Jonny Franks were on target to down Reich Insurance Rangers.
Roache bagged a brace and Franks also netted as HPR sealed a late win.
The scoreline flattered the hosts – who remain on the coattails of leaders Leeds Maccabi - but boss David Seligman said: “It’s a sign of a good team that you can win without playing well.
"We really huffed and puffed. Once we got one we dominated. But it took us 75 minutes to get going which is not good enough."
