Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich are the chefs behind the Honey & Co restaurants, books and podcasts. Their recently published book, Chasing Smoke - Cooking over Fire Around The Levant is an exciting journey around one of the tastiest areas of the world.
Uri “Buri” Jeremias is the chef/owner of Uri Buri restaurant and the Efendi Hotel in the Israeli town of Akko and his recipes are inspired by the fresh ingredients and food traditions of the region.
They will be sharing some of their favourite flavours and most interesting ingredients from this part of the world with our Food Editor, Victoria Prever, and how you can get a taste of them in your summer menus and on your home grill. Find out the best ingredients to barbecue, their favourite spices and what inspires them to create their own delicious dishes.
