Joe Jacobson has signed for Wycombe Wanderers on a two-year deal.
The former Wales under-21 captain was released by Shrewsbury Town at the end of last season following relegation from League One.
Jacobson, 27, enjoyed an excellent season on a personal front - playing 43 matches and scoring four goals, as well as being named Supporters' Player of the Year.
Wycombe boss Gareth Ainsworth said: "Joe is a great left-back. I know he'll do a strong job for us defensively.
"But he's got a quality delivery on him and he can chip in with the odd goal as well.
"He's well he's thought of in the game, so we're lucky to have him."
