Who is the most searched for celebrity?

JC Money Mensch Martin Lewis is probably feeling pretty chuffed with himself. The money-saving expert was the second most searched for person online, pipped to the post only by X Factor beauty Cheryl Cole.

 

The survey was carried out by Hitwise, a leader in online competitive intelligence, which monitored the top 50 most searched for celebrities over the past 12 weeks. Cheryl Cole ranked first with Martin Lewis in second and Katie Perry in third.

 

I wonder how many of Martin’s hits were from those who had read his weekly columns in the JC…
